Download the APP available on APP Store or Google Play

  • Begin Registration
  • Enter Email Address
  • First Name, Last Name
  • Add Recipient ID: UACL
  • Enter Driver ID: First four letters of last name followed by the last four numbers of social security number or FID

Once the information above is entered, you will then receive an email to activate the Transflo Mobile Scan App.

Transflo Now (In-Cab Scanning)

Transflo Now enables you to scan documents from any remote location. Transflo Now is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. It is not compatible with Windows RT.

Registration Steps:
  • Follow instructions on the screen
  • Complete the registration Screen
  • Fleet ID: UACL
  • Select Setup and Select Scanner and enter the scanner information
  • Click on the activation Email after you receive it to complete your registration.

Transflo Now works with any TWAIN compatible scanner. Twain is the standard interface between software programs and image-capturing devices such as scanners. Nearly all scanners in the marketplace contain a TWAIN driver.

Transflo Express (Truck Stop Scanning)

Transflo Express is currently available at more than 1,300 truck stops across the United States and Canada, including Pilot, Flying J, Love’s Travel Centers and many independent locations.

  • Documents need to be in a neat stack with the trip report with barcode as the first document
  • Hand over your documents to the cashier at the fuel desk
  • The cashier will scan the trip documents
  • The cashier will then print a confirmation sheet and hand it to the driver

Helpful Hints

  • Do not mark on or near the bar codes.
  • Be sure to fill out the entire trip report
  • Please write clearly to ensure no delays in settlements
  • The trip report should be scanned first each time, followed by the bill of lading and then all other paperwork.
  • Make sure your pro number is on each document.
  • Trips should be scanned immediately following your delivery
